The units work by introducing a measured amount of air into the dwelling at a slight pressure which forces out moisture laden air through gaps and pores in the fabric of the building - no dwelling is perfectly airtight. This creates orderly air changes, without making the dwelling cold, and reduces the moisture level in the air (relative humidity) which will restrict mould growth. This type of ventilation is generally referred to as positive input ventilation.

Unique in its versatility of installation, the design enables the most difficult of installations to be accomplished, whilst keeping the amount of ducting required down to a minimum.

Designed to minimise noise, no special enclosures are required.  This unit is probably the quietest of its kind on the market which is an important consideration in the domestic environment.

The cabinet quality enclosure is fully protected from damp conditions.  This virtually eliminates the risk of condensation on the unit itself which is a common fault with units of metal or plastic construction.
